It worked great on my Onan QG4000 RV Generator in combination with an Airtex fuel pump. Do yourself a favor and have a technician install the pump and filter on the outside of the alternator housing when you're done with the replacement. It is very difficult to get to the factory as you have to carefully remove a very expensive control board. The guy who made mine put a new one on the outside of the alternator housing. It heats up a lot less, which should help with longevity, but best of all, if it fails again, it's easy to replace.
