We just bought this cookware for health reasons. The pans arrived unscratched and well packaged. They are well made and heavy but light enough for my wife. So far we've liked the food slides easily, but we haven't had them that long and will update over time. Care instructions were much longer than stated. They recommend letting your food chill 10 minutes before cooking, you cannot use spray oils as they will build up in the pan, you must ensure the pan is cold before rinsing, you cannot pat the dishes on the sides Frying pans require you to hold the pan over medium-low heat without overheating too quickly, and mention has been made of "putting in" the pans carefully. I don't know what it is, but we have a soft fabric between them. That's fine with my wife, but I have to keep that in mind if I just want to grab a frying pan and cook. They're more demanding to maintain than I'd like, but I know they're healthier than our old Teflon ones. I'm not giving five stars because of the maintenance required and the wooden utensils that came with it were very rough on the edges and could easily scratch the pan. We only use silicone.
