Excellent customer service and excellent support!

I've actually never worked with another team that has been so great to work directly through (and with). The communication is constant. They are very accessible when things need to be addressed quickly or questions arise along the way! In our current relationship they have provided support after we moved offices which was not communicated prior as other clients had asked us why we hadn't used them there in advance. I would highly recommend using their services at every opportunity - it's worth paying just about any amount of money because you will see your ROI immediately! There haven't really even been issues yet-which is rare but sometimes our systems can make errors during sending. However those times do seem rare given overall positive experience thus far. We use theirs from creating mailing lists all the way thru sending bulk mail campaigns including tracking numbers/sending reports from within each campaign itself. Their pricing structures range across different channels / types of projects where their main value add and focus point comes into play via their expertise vs what else is out there. It gives us access to tools beyond others without having additional cost up front, like some larger competitors offer. The ease of use to create personalization that is unique from other solutions out there! Great customer service as well. I like how easy it was to get my first campaign up in no time at all with their help staff available 24/7 via chat or phone calls. They are always quick to respond when you have questions about your campaigns! We've been able to target our customers exactly what we want them too by customizing templates using variables within Campaigns.
