Palm sized, fits easily in a jersey or saddle bag. Pretty easy. It was very easy to set up the combo and easy to use. If you want something small enough to always have a bike handy, minimal security to prevent opportunities for crime during a short stop, then something like this is the answer. The downsides are that only the 4 digit code is pretty easy to crack. Effort, and a flimsy cable or mechanism won't be difficult for a thief to crack with a few tools. I use other mechanisms when I'm away from the bike for a long time. But more expensive retractable locks can have the same drawbacks, so I'm happy with that. this and that is very clear from the picture. Just keep that in mind if you haven't noticed.
