Product is unreliable, just don't buy it.

Didn't live up to expectations. For almost a month and a half, +1.5 - 2 kg can be easily gained without proteins. I'm moving on to other.

Pros

It dissolves well in milk even without a shaker. It is enough to shake in a bottle or in a jar. The taste is pleasant, like strawberry ice cream.

Cons

It's too sweet, leaving a vanilla residue at the bottom that you don't want to drink. 2 kg of packaging was enough for a little more than a month, but it did not help at all. Unless you do not want to eat sweets, from the word at all!

Pros below: Interesting design. Inside additionally goes bcaa Got cons: The volume, I can’t even imagine how much you can pour into yourself (or pour in, everyone has different methods of taking the supplement). The taste is very addictive.
