Review on CIS Computer Assisted Dispatch by Dean Love

I really enjoy using this system as it has all of my contacts in one place! It's very easy for me to use when calling dispatch during an emergency situation or if i'm just trying to contact someone at work who may be working from home due to COVID-19 concerns.

My only issue was not being able to have two separate accounts - so now each time I open up CAD there are multiple tabs showing different people/groups within our organization (i do NOT want these). This would make things easier since we can see what everyone else does without having them pull their own data over via email etc.. There should definitely be some way around this however! We've been extremely pleased thus far by how well everything works together!!
