CIS Computer Assisted Dispatch Review

I really enjoy using this system as it has all of my contacts in one place! It's very easy for me to use when calling dispatch during an emergency situation or if i'm just trying to contact someone at work who may be working from home due to COVID-19 concerns. My only issue was not being able to have two separate accounts - so now each time I open up CAD there are multiple tabs showing different people/groups within our organization (i do NOT want these). The ability to have the dispatcher check in the caller when they call into dispatch. It's very helpful for me personally because it allows me to quickly verify if my dispatchers are using their radios correctly. Sometimes I can't hear them well enough to tell if they're using theirs properly or not. I also wish there was an option to allow the system to automatically send out a text message to all officers when someone calls into dispatch so we don't have to constantly ask them to take notes…
