Review on CIS Computer Assisted Dispatch by Eric Broad

The ability to have the dispatcher check in the caller when they call into dispatch. It's very helpful for me personally because it allows me to quickly verify if my dispatchers are using their radios correctly. Sometimes I can't hear them well enough to tell if they're using theirs properly or not. I also wish there was an option to allow the system to automatically send out a text message to all officers when someone calls into dispatch so we don't have to constantly ask them to take notes. This has helped our department tremendously. We've been able to get more information about what happened quicker than ever before. Our dispatchers have had less time to read back over phone logs and other reports which helps us find mistakes faster as well. The ease of use and how fast it can be used for multiple different departments in our organization. I wish there was an easier way to have all officers at one station using this system but overall its great! It has made my life so much easier as far as managing calls and dispatches. This software makes everything run smoother than before and has helped us greatly when responding to emergencies.
