This item is as described. Bright color and reflective material; durable and seems comfortable for my dog. My dog weighs 50 kilos. and his neck just at 18 inches; First I ordered a large one and when I tried it I realized I needed a medium one. I contacted the company and they quickly sent me another collar with a return label for the original. Great customer service and at the end of the day, if you can buy a product for your pet that will benefit another animal, you can't lose.
