Faulty Remanufactured Brake Cylinder
We purchased a remanufactured brake cylinder for our performance car. Based on our own experience, we were extremely disappointed with the quality. The cylinder failed within weeks of installation, causing a dangerous and potentially life-threatening situation. The pros were that the price was lower than the original part, but the cons far outweighed any cost savings. We would not recommend this product to anyone in the automotive industry.
- Cost-effective alternative to buying a brand new master cylinder.
- Potential for reduced product lifespan since it has been remanufactured instead of being completely new.
