These are great bobbins to use as bobbins!
I bought a set of 20 1 15/16" spools to use *as* spools for dental floss and thread that are too thin, expensive or bulky to fit on flat plastic spools They worked as I hoped They also work great for winding 27m skeins of pearl cotton, much better than the cardboard pieces I used (or a dremel could do the job quickly) or a reason , worried about putting thread/yarn/floss on it, 20 spools wasn't enough , I'm waiting for a second order for them.
