Review on 📐 Starrett 950 225Mm Caliper with Superior Finish by Larry Daniels

This review is for the 8" Starrett 950 Digital Caliper (798.799/8). The instrument once came with a wooden Starret case, probably birch, with a glossy transparent finish, lined with felt, containing the Starret Names in bronze, with brass hinges and locks. Below would be shock absorbing legs (maybe leather or felt). I'm going to put rubber feet on this box and consider it "just a box" to protect my caliper. I'll put it in hiding one of the bottom drawers of my tool chest.It's a bit overpriced for what it really is.
