Lume Cube specializes in lighting for photographers. Since the pandemic, they've expanded beyond photography. I have two mini panels that I use for video conferencing and I am very happy with them. One of Lume Cube's newest products is the Monitor Light Bar. It attaches to the top of your monitor and lights up your desktop. When you tilt it properly, there is no glare on the screen and no light enters your eyes. As with my previous experiences with Lume Cube products, this one is well done. The lamp is made of metal and makes a robust impression. I don't know if the instructions weren't included or if I lost them in my excitement, but the backlight was easy to figure out. On the right side of the lantern is the dial. Press the dial once, it turns on the light. Rotate the dial, it adjusts the brightness. Press the dial again and now as you turn the dial it adjusts the temperature of the light. Press and hold the dial to turn it off. The light turns black when you turn it off. The light emitted by the light strip is pleasing to the eye. Lume Cube sells a remote control for this light source as an optional accessory. Although this remote control is optional, it will really complete this package. Overall, this is another great product from Lume Cube. Lume Cube products tend to be expensive, but the quality is there.
