Ok this is a great little tool, I do a lot of fine work, jewelry scales so a small heavy duty belt sander makes a great workshop tool. I wanted to make it, but this block is cheaper than parts. So it didn't pull out of the box well and the belt self-destructed. I looked at the belt and saw that it was installed the wrong way round, the arrows point that way. I installed the second belt correctly and it worked great. Whether you need small wooden items, a brass find, or a rare cutting tool finish, this is a good little tool. very handy, small, perfect helper for my Sherline lathe and mill
