When my old auto-start Benzomatic torch head failed after more than a decade of use, I needed a replacement. However, they no longer make the same model, and the newer Benzos look like gimmicks and don't perform well. I've bought several cheaper burners and both of the ones I tried were immediately useless. Having just received this Ivation cutter I am very impressed with its quality. It is durable and solidly made. The valve is precise allowing the use of a massive blowtorch or a more modest flame and works in all positions. It's not a point flame, but that's not what I bought the burner for. I use it to start a fire and sometimes to heat a bolt that is difficult to get out. Highly recommended.
