it's very easy to use. there's a lot of customization options, the interface is intuitive and it integrates well with the mail system. there's lots of great add-ons and customization options available from 3rd parties as well. it is a nice all-in one solution that really brings together all your ticketing needs for projects, requests and issues. it would be nice to have custom fields or a more powerful data model. i use it to keep track of all my requests in one place. We were able to use the product in our own way without being limited by their system. The customer support was very helpful at all times! There was nothing that I disliked or complained about. The product helped us reduce call center costs, improve customer satisfaction, and increase productivity. Benefits included improved customer satisfaction and reduced call center costs.
