Review on MX600 Mechanical Push Button Lever Lock: Keyless Entry, Commercial & Residential, Satin Chrome Finish, 13 Digit Keypad by Kenny Marozas

We stock a Kaba Simplex type lock, super strong and literally indestructible. I was looking for a similar sized keypad lock for my rear garage door when I found this lock. I didn't want to install any weird apps or mess with batteries to get this lock working. I also like how heavy it is and it reminds me of the locks on bathroom doors in commercial buildings. The only downside is that it's a standalone device, not intended to be used with a latch. I do not recommend mating this lock with a deadbolt as the lock is so large and it will do just fine. Installation took about an hour and all I had to do was drill a hole in the back door of my garage. Behind my door, I adjusted the lock to the right handle. Replacing the lever was easy and I put everything together in half an hour. It also came with 3 keys, allowing me to hang one on my keychain, my wife's key, and hide one for visitors who needed access without having to share the code. I am very impressed with this lock and will be purchasing another one to install in my shed. I wish they sold them in two packs so I could buy a set for our public restrooms.
