The locking mechanism is jammed, absolute nonsense.

Bought 2 of these locks and both have the same problem. The mechanism binds and does not close properly. I've repaired them several times in the year I've owned them and they still break. Absolute rubbish. I need reliable side gate locks that will secure my yard (and pool) and I don't trust this product. If it was one I would have thought I had a lemon but both locks work the same independently. Do not buy.

Make my life easier, highly recommend

I have trouble losing my keys so I have a locksmith on speed dial. When I saw this product, I immediately jumped at the opportunity to buy it. This keyless lock will save me the future frustrations of looking for keys when entering a home. I am very happy with this purchase. Standard 2 3/4 inch latch fits our door but not 2 3/4 inch latch

We installed this MX600 lock on the door of our archive room in our office. Not many people have access to this room, so this lock is perfect for solo access. The lock is quite large and heavy and feels very solid. The existing deadbolt was removed from the door and this lock was fitted in its place. Installing the code was easy and only took a few minutes. It was an easy replacement as our door was a standard doorway size. Using the template provided, all I had to do was drill a 10mm diameter…

We have a shed in our backyard that we recently converted into a home office. We needed a lock that offered more security than a traditional door knob to keep thieves away from our expensive electronics. Good stand alone lock and lever for the price although I don't recommend using it with a deadbolt.

We stock a Kaba Simplex type lock, super strong and literally indestructible. I was looking for a similar sized keypad lock for my rear garage door when I found this lock. I didn't want to install any weird apps or mess with batteries to get this lock working. I also like how heavy it is and it reminds me of the locks on bathroom doors in commercial buildings. Commercial quality, heavyweight

Bought two of these for an apartment building, front and back. The only downside is that you cannot have a password with a duplicate number used in the code. I have other buildings that I will use in the future to replace these. Update 3/24/21: Downgrading from 5 to 3 stars.
