On the recommendation of a colleague of mine, I ordered Nophedra capsules from Absolute Nutrition. I've been using the product for a month now and I can tell the difference in my appetite. I don't have the cravings I used to have and I've found that I don't get hungry as often. In addition to suppressing my appetite, I also lost weight. The only drawback is the size of the capsules. I often have trouble swallowing pills. These capsules are big, so sometimes I have problems. Generally a good option for those who want to lose weight and curb their appetite.
