Cheap product. on door handles

Arrived two and a half weeks later than stated by the seller. Contacted their office and they said it was sold out and in reserve. I received the lock and installed it according to the manufacturer's instructions. The lock works intermittently. It either won't unlock or it will. It goes through all the sequences and makes all the sounds like unlocking or blocking, but the mechanics of that weren't blocking or unlocking. You get what you pay for. If that doesn't get you anywhere, make sure you have the key handy.
