Bought this MiLock in August 2017. Today (October 27, 2018) I closed the door and pulled out the pins holding the latches. piece of trash. Do not buy this product!

Definitely not what I ordered but try another door. Easy to assemble but the locking mechanism was defective. For example, sometimes I didn't close and sometimes I didn't open. I CAN'T EVEN UNLOCK IT MANUALLY!

It was very easy to install and the price was very low compared to some we've bought in the past. Works as it should. The handle is a little hard to press, but I think it's because of my installation error.

Easy installation of the locking mechanism. The handle mechanism is a bit sloppy. The bolts that hold the door latch and spring lock are chrome plated steel. Thanks hey, rusted in an arctic environment for weeks. I'd say it's a good price, but buy stainless steel or brass screws and use those instead.

We have ordered 3 of these locks. One of them didn't work right out of the box, so Revane replaced it. The other two worked for about 2 months but were inconsistent and unreliable resulting in us having to carry around a key leading to the failure of the objective. About 2 weeks ago the third one stopped locking/unlocking from the outside. Get ready to hopefully bring it back. These are not worth the disappointment.

I bought this product to put on my beach condo door, not really to give people keys to open it, just code. It installed well, worked well (except the outer panel wouldn't stay on) but after 6 months of very little use I tried to unlock it and it didn't work. won't unlock at the exact wrong time as if there is a right or wrong time not to unlock. What I don't like is that I bought 2 of them. Installed it as a housewarming gift for my best friends. When after a few months one of the handles fell off. I think it has a little spring or pin to hold it in place. That's why I'm contacting the warranty department. They gave me a tracking number on September 8th, 2020. These locks look good and work well. First, they worked well enough on my front door, so I invested in installing another set on the garage entrance and back door. I strongly recommend buying at least two. I no longer carry a key to the lock and I was always worried about what would happen if the batteries died.
