Thin threads! Best in Bathroom Sink & Bath Accessories
Product looked well made. The silicone seals are very good. I think this product would have been top notch if it wasn't for the fact that the lower stem threads were so thin it really wasn't rated for the structural loads of the shell. I only found out about it after installing it in our brand new downstairs bathtub which we hardly used. About 6 months after installation, the vessel began to leak and found that the threads had separated. I have been in the plumbing business for over 15 years and I know not to overtighten
