I like that it's easy to use! It was super helpful in helping me through my transition from employee-to-employer. They were very flexible with our dates & times so we could get everything done at once (which saved us time as well). The customer service team helped navigate some challenges during implementation which made things easier than anticipated - they went above an beyond what you'd expect out of such a small business. My last recommendation would be make sure this works best if your organization has certain processes or policies already set up and documented. We did not have any existing procedures/policies around how payroll should work - however, since using Netzorious Payroll Services all those issues are accounted for now! Being able to manage our employees paychecks directly via online access without having to go into their computers multiple times per month saves hours every single week. This also allows them immediate accessibility whenever needed. Before hiring someone else to do the job I had no idea.
