These fit my Honda HR-V with matching base clips. I really like that this set attaches to the bare roof. Setting up the whole system took about an hour and a half to two hours. The base clamps came with all the pitch control and toe adjustments included so following the instructions was pretty easy. Measure everything carefully and everything will be fine. I almost didn't buy it because some reviews talked about the difficulty of installation, but I watched the installation video and found it doable. I really took my time and it took around 1.5-2 hours from opening the boxes to final installation. I plan to leave the trunk for the summer and put it away for the winter. In the future, the new installation should not take longer than 10-15 minutes. For all other HR-V owners: I wasn't sure whether the base clip should go under or over the seal on my car in the door area. I contacted Yakima and they sent me pictures of the build showing the clamps sliding under the gasket. I installed them with Yakima cores which are pretty quiet but I'll add a wind deflector. I also bought a JayLow to carry my kayak. Everything was very solid and I had no trouble towing the kayak. So far I'm very happy with the whole system!
