I like that it is very user friendly to use for all levels from entry level employees up through management personnel as well as hospital administrators. It allows us to track appointments in real time so we can see where our patients are at any given moment during their visit with us. This helps me be more efficient when scheduling surgeries or other procedures since i am able to check my schedule multiple times throughout each day without having to log into another program. The interface could definitely improve by adding an application builder tool similar to what you would find in MS Access which will allow users who aren't familiar with using this software system access to create custom forms without assistance from IT staff. We have been able to streamline many processes within our office including appointment booking/scheduling, billing / collections, charting, etc.
