Looks decent, easy to install. It took 20 minutes to install on my 04 Sierra 2500HD. Bought for my truck after removing the tailgate with a sledgehammer after it wouldn't open. The material looks ok, probably won't stand up to my use, but I'll reconsider my review if that happens. The material seems flimsy, the straps are flimsy and wear on the metal mounts. Tightens easily and doesn't sag. There is about 3 inches of adjustment left to tighten as it stretches. It's good for the price. I see no reason to buy quick releases because without them it takes 5 seconds to undo and 15 seconds to return.
