Update May 2020: The plastic hose connector broke today after my faucet started leaking for no reason. As a result, my kitchen faucet is useless after just a year of use. Very disappointed as we have not done anything other than normal use to cause breakage. Original Rating: Just installed. I've never installed a faucet before and I'm not a "skillful" person, but being stubborn and following the directions did the trick. At first glance, this is a really great faucet for about $70 (I had a lively faucet with magnetic docking and aqua blade functionality). Before, I had almost no dripping from the pressure of the water in the faucet, and that's the difference between day and night. The instructions are so clear and make you think that sometimes you are missing parts (washers) but I followed them and everything was fine. I'll see how it holds up, but since it's already doing much better than the color scheme I just removed, I'm happy. Also note that mounting the handle/dimmer from the front creates a sharper and more visible opening on the side. facing backwards in normal installation. My double sink is not that big and there is no problem with water getting in front of the sink (although I have very low water pressure).
