Expensive, terrible mount, average battery life, probably fragile.

When will bike light manufacturers focus on mounting and battery life? This flashlight is very bright, visible, flash options are bizarrely "interesting". Clearly visible daytime safety light with decent battery life are the attributes of a good turn signal. The battery life of non-USB flashlights is usually excellent. You have the option to bring extra batteries or buy disposable batteries at any store. I tried this as I now carry around a large power supply and/or solar panel. This expensive form factor before USB light function is useless for anything but commuting/city/road. * You must carry a special USB extension cable with you. * The attachment is terrible and the options are very limited. * The mount is very weak - limited surface area - the connection to the mount is through two small slots - so there is no horizontal spread and you are blinded. *Do you work with front racks or bags? No, the only vertical mounting option is the steering column (or maybe the front forks).* Racks or bags? No - Mounting to the post or seatstays is unstable and crooked.* This light cannot be tilted.* The USB charging port is sticking out - looks like it could break easily. . * Failure to use the mount will expose the charging port to the elements and damage it. There are much less expensive options. Going back to PlanetBike Superflash Turbos: 100+ hours on 2 AA batteries, they last for years: stick them, zip them, zip them anywhere.
