I've had our bObi for about 2 weeks now and I'm very satisfied. We have four Weimaraners in the house and all hardwood floors, and for the last 3 years I have refused to walk around the house barefoot because of the constant dust, dirt, fur and crumbs from dog toys and food that keeps cluttering our house. Sweeping 2-3 times a day is frustrating when after a few hours it seems like you haven't swept at all, let alone wiped your tracks multiple times a day when it's raining. At a critical juncture, I decided that a robot vacuum would be a lifesaver and started my research. In the end I chose bObi and I was very satisfied. When it first arrived I was blown away by the packaging and all the extras that came with it. Extra brushes, screws and whatever else you need to keep it running smoothly for a long time. In addition, it is very convenient to use. I picked it up and cleaned it up in minutes. It also comes with a lock to prevent it from entering certain areas of your home, a remote control that makes it easy to control and program, and even had a free gift of an upgrade kit or repair offer that was included with our purchase. As for cleaning, she looks pretty messy when she's cleaning, but she's doing a great job. I spread the rug over part of the floor to see how thorough she was and it took about an hour but she picked up every speck of dust. She's pretty quiet about it too. We watch TV with it playing right in front of our noses and we just have to turn up the volume a little. Sometimes she gets stuck, but usually only when she pushes our food bowl and jams herself. She only finds her base about half the time, but that's partly my fault since I can only set up her base in the hallway. If she's near the corridor during a power outage, she'll find her base with no problem, but if she's outside the corridor in our kitchen, she can't seem to reach it. I solved this problem when I was at home by taking her remote to the hallway entrance when it beeped to let you know it was going into juice mode and needed to charge. Customer service was just as great as bObi themselves. I emailed to specify which free gift I would prefer, I selected the rejuvenation kit on Saturday and got a reply first thing Monday morning. I spoke to Robert who helped me a lot. He made sure everything went smoothly and also offered me tips and tricks on the options for bObi with the provided video link, which are only briefly mentioned in their guide. I received my rejuvenation kit in a few days and it contained four items: brushes, mop heads, hepa filters etc. Needless to say I was even more impressed than I could have imagined and I look forward to many years of gratitude to Bobi. because my floor was perfect.
