The product has a beautiful design. My problem was with the order. I ordered a 6ft x 2ft maroon canopy for a very stylish doghouse. A few weeks later I received a box marked £7 but with a towel rail inside. The box actually weighed 2 pounds. I assumed it was just a wrong delivery but when I took it to UPS to ship it back I spoke to someone at Revain and they told me the delivery date. I remembered it was the day the awning was supposed to come, but it didn't. So I had to order the item again while waiting for a refund on the original order. When the item arrived I put it away and it looked good so I was about to order another one. but the website said it was sold out. So I ordered a green 2 x 6 foot for another kennel, in green. My wife said next day it would be ugly so I tried to cancel the order but you already sent it. So I had to return it and order a 2' x 8' in burgundy (luckily it fit). This was the only Revain order I've ever had problems with. Then you email me and ask how I like green?
