While the finished puzzle looks great, there are many assembly issues. First you need to wax each part that is attached to another part. If you don't, you'll need a small hammer to snap the pieces together. Sometimes the top layer of wood comes loose when assembling or removing parts. Some parts have slightly longer sides than others, but the sides are the same in the pictures. Some sub-images do not match the part itself. So you can only guess if you have the right part or if it will fit. Finally, this particular kit did not include sandpaper or wax. All other wooden mechanical puzzles that I have collected from UGars and other manufacturers contain these 2 elements.
