I have the only bad battery?
It has been exactly 4 months since I bought this product for my Roomba 650. Everything worked fine for the first month. And the battery life has deteriorated rapidly since then. Roomba ran for 1 minute today. Last month I tried emailing the company for a replacement but got no response. Edit: Customer service sent me a new battery after I gave a 1 star rating. I tried asking for a replacement before a 1 star review and they said I had to send the old one back from the bag first. Seems to be one sided customer service IMO.
