Review on 🔧 Dorman 911-757 Purge Valve for Ford - Vapor Canister - Select Models by Duane Ramos

It was my friend's car and I don't have a picture right now. I ended up cutting the breather valve off of this assembly because the idiots at Ford know it's a consumable part and they won't sell it to anyone but them. The ones I really needed I could only get from Ford and they wanted $200. So I bought this one to cut. I used a small piece of fuel line and clamps, then cut the hose off the other and clamped them together so I had a new purge valve but didn't have to change the entire assembly. Ford knows they often make scrap parts, so they charge ridiculous prices because they know their parts wear out badly. Luckily I found a way around this. And it was easy to change like I did, much easier and much cheaper than changing the whole assembly. Since then she has had no more problems.
