Well made but not for all purposes

Wheels are made as described. Well done. My problem is that the individual sanding pads are very hard. This means that you have to press the spinning wheel very firmly against the wood to be sanded. Otherwise, the petals won't bend far enough to expose the sandy side of each sandpaper petal doing the sanding process. And some projects are too fragile to withstand the force it takes to get the job done. Flaps must be longer and/or shorter than them. How they act on metal I can't say.
