Fragile steps and INVISIBLE
I didn't need ugly plastic steps so I ordered these wooden steps. The directions were soso. Pilot holes were punched in some parts but not all. When I put the screws in places without pilot holes, the wood cracked. The carpet looks ugly and torn. There were caps to hide the screws but the color of the caps is wrong and looks really bad. The steps are not connected. They are loose and will come off if you try to move them. Not at all satisfied with this product.
