Great Solution for Tracking Service Tickets

I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use this software without having any prior experience with ticketing systems or customer service platforms! Sometimes when you are looking at an issue in your system there could be multiple ways of resolving issues but sometimes its not always clear from one solution over another what would have been best suited if we werent using Evyedesks platform as well - great product overall though very helpful tool once integrated into our own CRM/ticket management tools!! Our team has used many different products during my career including Zendeski (which was terrible) Salesforce which had some cool features however also lacked functionality needed by us such as being ableamp;ndash;; slow compared other solutions out their plus more expensive than others available online-&gtCrowdfire offers similar services cheaper &amp amp ; faster support etc.- all around better option. We realized after implementing CrowdFire's API.
