I have owned and used this router for about 15 months with no problems. The dual band WiFi was actually very handy and the router was very easy to set up (I especially like the MAC ID naming feature in my MAC filter list as I turn on and off a lot of computers on my network, that made it very easy to keep the list in order). Unfortunately, at the end of the 15th month, the router restarted intermittently. I couldn't find a solution online so I contacted Hawking Technical Support for help. They were quick to respond but simply stated that the router was defective and I had to buy a new one as the one year warranty had expired. To their credit, they offered me a 15% discount on buying a new one. Even with the discount, I can't justify buying an $80 router that can only last 15 months. I might as well buy a cheap $20 router at this point.
