I don't use multimeters regularly; However, this one was easy to use and more than reasonable considering the price. Somewhat confusing instructions for replacing fuses with 20A and 600mm. The instructions seem to indicate that the fuses are located in the meter's battery compartment. In fact, the user must remove the flexible PVC protective cover from the device; he or she must then use a screwdriver to remove the four screws holding the case together. I use the device for two days. During that time I blew both the 600mA fuse and the 20A fuse. This happened when the multimeter was set to measure current in series, but I connected the wire in parallel to a 12V DC supply. I'm glad the fuse prevented damage to the meter; However, changing fuses is distracting. I don't expect the device to stand up to heavy use. However, the casual user will find it suitable for general electrical testing.
