The ability for multiple users in different locations across an organization to access data at any time during normal business hours allows us as sales managers/team leads to work with our clients 24x7 if need be.
There are some basic functions missing and more functionality would improve customer service even further (e.g., being able to track call detail records). We have been using this system since 2004 but was never satisfied until we partnered up with Billview. Not only does it allow for great visibility into account activity and expenses through robust reporting capabilities, but also has helped tremendously by allowing us greater control over billing relationships within each region or country where the client operates.
