NOT ALL FUNCTIONS WORK AS DESCRIBED

Let's start with the IGO offline map for Europe installed. I live in USA. Support was helpful in that they sent me a download link along with instructions for the correct map data set. Unfortunately, the ZIP file has been corrupted, making it unusable. Secondly, after about 3-4 days of use, the backup indicator became very blurry. I decided to remove the radio and found that it was quite hot, maybe overheated. Android Auto also feels a bit Finnish. Too many problems for such a short period of use. I'm sending the radio back.
