My wife and I have been remodeling our house for the last six months with the help of our son. All carpet was removed and replaced with luxury vinyl plank (even the stairs). The old railing (24 years old) were just round wood rails. With the new floor they were ugly. So, we wanted something more modern. Found Promenaid through Walmart. After ordering I had made a mistake in color and the Promenaid folks made it right for me and had two new rails to me in a few days. I watched all the videos and read the installation instructions a couple of times before doing it. You need a second set of hands early on in the process and then it goes together pretty quick from there. A great product, looks modern and elegant, feels great to the touch. Another project checked off my list.
