Bag works great. I used it for running, swimming, running. In backpack mode, it is good for running. Once I got to the water it was easy for me to turn it into a swim bag. He held my shoes, running clothes, a small towel, a phone and a water bottle. Sailed well and the hip belt worked well and stayed in place. Swim for 20 minutes and everything dries up. Well! Back to the backpack and back on the road. I was happy with the price. Orange is very bright and easily visible as a safety indicator. I haven't checked the float on myself as I don't need it. (I should have tried the shallow water first. Oops).
