Air stones that don't work

Tried these vents, they don't work. I connected them to my air pump after putting them under water and only a small amount of bubbles came out of them. After 3 hours of operation, the bubbles completely stopped. Not to mention that my aquarium has just been cleaned with fresh water. These stones are only useful for sharpening a knife.
