In May 2019 I replaced a powerhead that I had had for over a decade not because it didn't work but because I broke the plastic tab making it difficult to put together. I had to replace a new head in April 2020 because the fan stopped spinning. Now the power adapter I bought in April no longer works. Now I'll see if I can find an old one to use so I at least have a working filter head. I am very disappointed in the declining quality of this piece.
