Used for the fan on my off-road bike's radiator. Why water-cooled off-road motorcycles are not equipped with radiator fans. Anyway, I've used them with a custom waterproof computer fan on the same bike and they've worked great. On another bike I bought a larger Spal 4" radiator fan. I used them but mounted the fan to the bottom edge of the heatsink to make sure it wasn't too heavy for the cooling fins alone and used them to cool the Pressing the fan against the heatsink This works better than trying to make some sort of fan mount where there isn't a matching mount.
