Contrary to the description, this device is NOT suitable for controlling ANY pump in combination with a float switch. My 3700 GPH bilge pump requires 20 amp circuit protection. I bought this unit in part because the description guarantees compatibility with ANY pump/float switch AND has a "fuse". In fact there is no fuse, but there is a 15A push button switch. This is actually very bad since the switch is rated for 20 amps. Now I have to go to the trouble of returning the (2) protected switch assemblies as the vendor and/or manufacturer was too lazy to list the schematic values correctly in the description.
