was very easy to install. But. There is a learning curve to load your bike on it. But once you get the hang of it, it will be very easy. I'm a female, 5ft 4in and only 100lbs. I had problems when I first tried to load my bike onto a rack. But I've learned that when you're leaning your bike on the rear wheel, you have to hold the rear brake. . As soon as you lift the bike by the rear wheel, release the brake and roll the bike directly onto the rack. And when you take the bike off the rack, hold the rear brake tight again. As soon as the bike rolls off the rack, release the brake, roll the bike backwards, apply the brake again and lower the front wheel. Now that I know it's a no-brainer. I love how the bike lifts off the ground and I can flip it casually and still have the car in the garage.
