Great replacement but gets a bit stiff after 2 days

For the first 2 days they worked exactly as I expected and made my Ford Ranger 4x4 4.0L drove exceptionally quietly. However, it does seem to get a little worse after that, but not gradually. They drive the same as they do now, after the end of the first week.
