Revain says it fits but it doesn't fit, the bottom is more square than the OEM heater core which is rounded. I thought it might be the foam tape I taped to the bottom, but even after I took it off it still didn't fit. The bottom of the heater core case and factory heater core in my Xtreme is rounded off with old brown foam on it as in the picture. The Spectra, which is more angular, couldn't fit fully into the bodywork due to the rounded bottom in my truck. It was my fault for not doing a test install before putting all the foam tape on it, but I also ordered the Spectra before removing the OEM so it's my fault. It looks like a well built heater core but be careful it will NOT fit a 03ft Xtreme. So now I have to wait 2 days for a replacement TYC heater core to arrive on Monday and I pulled the entire dash out of the truck. My advice to anyone making an S10 heater core is to just pop the dash out as it really isn't as hard as some people think. I decided to take it out to clean the air ducts, clean the firewall and put scotch tape on all the wiring as the old tape had outlived its usefulness.
