Content did not match the packaging

Delivery was prompt. The box said 5/8 11 to 3/8 24 but the adapter was 5/8 11 to M10 1.5. It was knocked out on the adapter and of course didn't fit the shaft of the 3/8 24 grinder, I sent it back and two days later it was exchanged. The main reason for not giving just one star. However, the replacement was identical to the first supplied. Weiler, the manufacturer must have a problem with the way they package these things. I received a refund as I didn't think a third change would result in a better result. The item appeared to be of good quality.
